A registered psychotherapist and community builder, Dr. Anthony founded High Impact Women after years of walking alongside immigrant and BIPOC women navigating career transitions, financial pressure and mental health without culturally sensitive support. HIW is the structure she wished existed: nurturing, protective and relentlessly practical.
